Question: What is check in/check out time?
Answer: Check in is at 3pm. Check out is at 12pm. Early check in or late check out is based on availability.
Question: Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
Answer: The Allegro Chicago is a completely non-smoking hotel. A $300.00 deep cleaning fee will be applied to any reservation for a room in which smoking has occurred.
Question: How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
Answer: High-speed Internet access, complimentary to Kimpton InTouch Guest Loyalty members.
Question: Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?
Answer: Only wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and guestrooms.
Question: Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
Answer: Yes. Our fitness center was recently renovated and contains all new equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights and a weight machine. The Fitness Center is open 24 hours.
Question: Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
Answer: Room Service is available with morning hours from 6am to 11am and dinner hours are 4pm to 11pm
Question: Do you have a business center?
Answer: Our Business Center is located on the Lobby level adjacent to the Front Desk
Question: Do you have a pool?
Answer: No.
Question: Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
Answer: We don't have a spa at the hotel, however we offer In Room Spa Services. Please contact our Concierge for availability.

Transportation/Directions

Question: How do I get to the hotel?
Answer: Please see our Maps & Directions page.
Question: Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
Answer: No. There are various shuttle services available in the airports. These are paid services and are not directly associated with the Hotel Allegro.
Question: What are your cross streets?
Answer: We are located on Randolph St. Between LaSalle St. and Wells St.
Question: Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Answer: Valet Parking is available for $49.00 per night with full in and out privileges.
Self Parking is available for $44.00 per night with full in and out privileges.

Reservations

Question: Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Answer: Yes. Rollaways are $20.00 each per night. Cribs / Playards are complimentary
Question: I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Answer: Any changes to reservations should be made by calling the hotel directly at 312.236.0123
Question: What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
Answer: Minimum age requirement for check in is 18 when not accompanied by an adult.
Question: What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Answer: Cancellations made after 6pm on the day prior to arrival will be charged one nights room and tax.
Question: Is my ID/passport required at check in?
Answer: Yes. A valid picture ID is required for check in.
Question: What age do kids stay for free?
Answer: Under 18 when accompanied by an adult.
Question: Do you have connecting rooms?
Answer: Yes. There are various configurations of connecting rooms.
Question: Do you have ADA rooms?
Answer: Yes. Feel free to contact us about any special or unusual needs you may have.
Question: Do you have an early departure fee?
Answer: Yes. A $100 fee will be applied to any reservation checking out prior to the original date of departure

Question: What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
Answer: We accept: Cash, Visa, Amex, Master Card, Discover. We do not accept checks for guest rooms

Pets

Question: Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
Answer: Yes. Pets are allowed, and there are no weight or height restrictions.
Question: Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?
Answer: Yes. Pet friendly rooms are available on 4 floors of the hotel.
Question: Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?
Answer: We do not, but our Concierge can make arrangements with a local service.
Question: How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
Answer: The nearest green space is 4 blocks away.

Concierge

Question: I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
Answer: Our concierge can arrange most anything. Please contact them directly with your requests at 312.325.7016.
