- Check in is at 3pm. Check out is at 12pm. Early check in or late check out is based on availability.
- Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
- The Allegro Chicago is a completely non-smoking hotel. A $350.00 deep cleaning fee will be applied to any reservation for a room in which smoking has occurred.
- How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
- High-speed Internet access, complimentary to Kimpton InTouch Guest Loyalty members.
- Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?
- Only wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and guestrooms.
- Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
- Yes. Our fitness center was recently renovated and contains all new equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights and a weight machine. The Fitness Center is open 24 hours.
- Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
- Room Service is available with morning hours from 6am to 11am and dinner hours are 4pm to 11pm.
- Do you have a business center?
- Our Business Center is located on the Lobby level adjacent to the Front Desk.
- Do you have a pool?
- No.
- Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
- We don't have a spa at the hotel, however we offer In Room Spa Services. Please contact our Concierge for availability.
- How do I get to the hotel?

- Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
- No. There are various shuttle services available in the airports. These are paid services and are not directly associated with the Hotel Allegro. Please contact our Concierge for assistance in arranging shuttle service.
- What are your cross streets?
- We are located on Randolph St. Between LaSalle St. and Wells St.
- Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
- Valet Parking is available for $49.00 per night with full in and out privileges available until 6pm day of check out. Self Parking is available for $45.00 per night with full in and out privileges.

- Yes. Rollaways are $20.00 each per night. Cribs / Playards are complimentary
- I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
- Any changes to reservations should be made by calling the hotel directly at 312.236.0123
- What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
- Minimum age requirement for check in is 18 when not accompanied by an adult.
- What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
- Cancellations made after 6pm on the day prior to arrival will be charged one nights room and tax.
- Is my ID/passport required at check in?
- Yes. A valid picture ID is required for check in.
- What age do kids stay for free?
- Under 18 when accompanied by an adult.

- Yes. Pet friendly rooms are available on 4 floors of the hotel.

- We do not, but our Concierge can make arrangements with a local service.
- How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
- The nearest green space is 4 blocks away.
