Welcome to Kimpton Hotel Allegro. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Illinois. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Starting Monday, July 27, face coverings are required in all public spaces at our hotels in the Americas.

Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • A coffee maker can be provided for guest room use upon request.
  • Join us for Evening Social Hour and enjoy a glass of bubbly while social distancing in the lobby.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • In-room Spa Services have been suspended.

Parking Services:

  • Valet parking is currently suspended.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. Our team will check in daily via text to offer contactless delivery of towels, sheets or trash pick-up. You can also text us directly at 872-307-0101 to request delivery at any time including our “Forgot It, We Got It” items such as a toothbrush or razor.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows and robes) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton's Approach to Clean.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.

Dining Services:

  • Dining Services are currently suspended.

In-Room Dining:

  • In-room dining is not currently available.

Concierge Services:

  • In need of Chicago restaurant recommendations for dine-in or delivery? Text us directly here 872-307-0101 for a curated list of our favorites.

Fitness Center:

  • For the health and safety of our guests and employees, our fitness center is temporarily closed.

Business Center:

  • The business center is currently closed. Please visit the front desk for copy and printing services.
