COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Welcome to Kimpton Hotel Allegro. We are currently open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Illinois. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Face coverings are required in all public spaces at our hotels in the Americas starting Monday July 27, 2020.

We have temporarily suspended the following amenities:

  • Valet parking is currently not available but self-parking options are available nearby
  • Morning coffee service - Keurig coffee makers can be provided in-room upon request
  • Due to the restrictions in place, we are currently not hosting Social hour
  • Due to the restrictions in place, the fitness center is currently not available.

Chicago Travel Advisory Alert: An incoming travel advisory has been activated that now requires all individuals traveling from states with a case rate greater than 15 new COVID-19 cases per 100,000 resident population, per day, over a 7-day rolling average, quarantine for a 14-day period from the time of last contact within a covered state.
